Kyle Stott is a Senior Thermal Performance Engineer at Fermi Solutions, providing expertise to Bruce Power's P2030 team and other industry partners. As the Founder of My Excel Academy, Kyle offers bite-sized Microsoft Excel tutorials aimed at enhancing learning efficiency. Additionally, as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Excelerate Consultants, Kyle focuses on data-driven organizational change. Kyle co-founded RIPR Sports Inc., promoting active outdoor lifestyles through games. Previous experience includes roles at Kinectrics and Bruce Power, where Kyle optimized thermal performance and supported various engineering and maintenance initiatives. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management in Engineering Physics and Management from McMaster University.
