David Williames

David Williames is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Ferocia Pty Ltd since December 2021, David focuses on improving the internet banking experience for Bendigo Bank and users of Up. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Australia Post from October 2016 to November 2021, including Product Experience Manager for Parcel Tracking and the Mobile App, demonstrating expertise in mobile applications and delivery options. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Product Designer and UX Designer, along with a background in software engineering and digital innovation. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Monash University.
