Paul Tagell

Paul Tagell is an experienced software engineer and marketing professional with a diverse background in digital strategy and online channels. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Ferocia Pty Ltd since January 2017, Paul previously held the role of Head of Marketing at Up Banking until January 2024. Prior to this, Paul worked at Australia Post as the Digital Experience Manager for Small Business and spent over seven years at The University of Melbourne in various capacities, including Digital and Online Channels Manager and Associate Director of Digital, where Paul crafted a Web Strategy to improve user experience. Earlier experience includes co-founding Nerds For Hire and working at Gizmo as a Marketing Coordinator, contributing to the company's significant growth. Paul also partnered in the TM Website Design House, enhancing web development and design skills. Paul's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Monash University.
