Manuela Giaquinto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy, particularly in certification and management of structural funds within various institutions. Currently serving as a senior consultant at Regione Lazio since 2018, Manuela also holds senior consultancy roles at EY, the Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, and Intellera Consulting. Manuela's expertise encompasses the coordination of technical assistance for certification authorities and the management of communication strategies for regional and national campaigns. Manuela is also a founding member of the association "la parola ai bambini," which focuses on supporting children and youth in distress. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

FERPI nasce nel 1970 dalla fusione di due associazioni professionali: Fierp – Federazione Italiana Esperti Relazioni Pubbliche e Firp – Federazione Italiana Relazioni Pubbliche. Da allora rappresenta i professionisti che operano nelle Relazioni Pubbliche, la cui attività è definita dalla finalità di creare, sviluppare e gestire sistemi di relazione con i pubblici influenti sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi perseguiti da singoli, da imprese, da enti, da associazioni, da amministrazioni pubbliche e da altre organizzazioni.
