Alejandra Guardado

Alejandra Guardado currently serves as Legal Counsel, Compliance & Controversies and Head of Mexico at Ferrara since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alejandra worked at CEMEX from December 2014 to January 2024 as Legal Counsel, focusing on Corporate Affairs, Compliance, Energy, and Supply Chain. Alejandra has also gained valuable experience as an International Visiting Professional at Grupo Empresarial AGM, S.A. de C.V. and as a Law Intern at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. In terms of education, Alejandra holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate from New York University School of Law, a Master's in Corporate Compliance from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and multiple other degrees in law and compliance from various prestigious institutions. Additionally, Alejandra has completed a Chef Pastelera program at Rocatti.
