Julissa Oquendo, MBA, is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in training, development, and human resources. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Talent Management at Ferrara since January 2019, Julissa leads the Performance Management system and facilitates workshops to enhance employee performance and growth. Previously, as Manager of Learning & Organizational Development, strategic training initiatives were developed and executed across numerous manufacturing and global locations. Julissa’s career began at Nestlé, where roles included Training & Development Specialist and HR Generalist, further cementing expertise in leadership training and compliance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources & Strategy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Management from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
