Karen Kinney

Karen Kinney is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in retail and corporate sales management. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Ferrara since May 2022, Karen leads a team of sales representatives across multiple states to enhance business performance and meet key performance indicators through data-driven strategies. Previously, Karen held the position of Territory Sales Manager and Corporate Trainer at Nestlé from May 2011 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing grocery store sales and training new and existing staff. From December 1999 to April 2011, Karen gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at Elder-Beerman, overseeing operations and managing over 70 associates in a department store with annual sales exceeding $10 million. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Marshall University, obtained in 1999.
