Michelle Jareczek

Michelle Jareczek has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Ferrara since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Human Resource Manager, Business Partner also at Ferrara from September 2019 to March 2022. Before Ferrara, Michelle worked as an HR Consultant at the same company from May 2018 to September 2019.

Prior to that, at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Michelle worked as a Sr. Human Resource Consultant from January 1996 to January 2000. Michelle began their career as a Recruiting Consultant at Robert Half Legal from February 1994 to January 1996.

Michelle Jareczek received a Master's degree in Human Resource and Labor Law from Loyola University Chicago in 1995. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Loras College in 1992, with a major in Psychology.
