Giovanni Virdis

Giovanni Virdis has extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of Hardware Development for Formula 1 at Ferrari since January 2004, in addition to a role as an Embedded Software Designer for F1. Previous roles include Product Designer at GE from January 1999 to December 2003 and Embedded Software Designer at Extel Engineering from January 1996 to December 1998. Giovanni Virdis holds a Laurea in Ingegneria elettrica, elettronica e delle comunicazioni from the Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in 1994.
