Oreste Cappiello

Oreste Cappiello is an experienced professional in the automotive training sector, currently serving as the Head of Ferrari Academy at Ferrari SpA since October 1999. In this role, Oreste plans and coordinates client-satisfaction initiatives, overseeing technical, sales, and after-sales training for the Ferrari network through various formats including webinars and live events. Prior to joining Ferrari, Oreste held the position of Training Manager at Automobiles Peugeot from September 1996 to October 1999, and at Peugeot Automobili Italia from April 1993 to August 1996, as well as working as a Technical Trainer. Oreste holds a Master in Direzione Aziendale from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
