Melissa Garatino

Melissa Garatino has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Systems & Services at Ferraro Foods since September 2013. Previous roles at Ferraro Foods include Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, HR Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to their tenure at Ferraro Foods, Melissa held the position of Human Resources Assistant at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation for a brief period and worked as a Human Resources Associate at QualCare Inc. from February 2012 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, Melissa served as the Executive Assistant to the Principal at North Plainfield School District and worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional from August 2002 to May 2010. Additionally, Melissa was the President and Owner of ARNJ Siding, LLC from September 2004 to July 2007.
