Rachael Prather

Rachael Prather has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachael started their career at Heartland Regional Medical Center in 2009, where they held various roles including Charge Nurse/Floor Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, and Med-Surg Director. In 2015, they joined Ferrell Hospital as the CNO and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Rachael Prather is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Rachael previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Chamberlain University in 2012, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Southeastern Illinois College from 2007 to 2009.
