Allen Jones

Allen Jones has extensive legal experience, having held various roles in different companies. Allen most recently served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Ferrellgas. Prior to that, they held the same role at Clinical Reference Laboratory, where they oversaw all legal and regulatory functions and served as the company's Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, they served as the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Ash Grove Cement Company, providing legal support to senior management and handling various legal matters. Allen also served as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at CVR Energy, working closely with the boards of directors and executive management. Allen started their legal career as an Associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Swanson Midgley, LLC.

Allen Jones obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas between 1998 and 2002. Subsequently, between 2002 and 2005, they pursued a J.D. degree in Law at the University of Kansas School of Law.
