Alyssa Deyoung

Alyssa DeYoung currently serves as the Portfolio Development Director at Ferrero, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alyssa accumulated extensive experience at Ferrara from March 2018 to May 2022, advancing from Project Manager to Director of Commercialization Project Management. At Kimberly-Clark, Alyssa contributed from June 2012 to March 2018 in various capacities, including Lead Scientist for Poise products and Project Scientist for Depend® garments, focusing on innovative product development and consumer needs. Alyssa's earlier experience includes research and co-op roles at The Pennsylvania State University and Kimberly-Clark, which involved engineering and product testing. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 2012.
