Chad Stubbs currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for North America at Ferrero since March 2025. Previously, Chad held various senior marketing roles at PepsiCo from April 2004 to March 2006, including positions such as Vice President of Marketing for the Pepsi Trademark and the Demand Accelerator, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-hundred million dollar media investments and leading brand strategy for numerous portfolios. Chad also served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for LVMH, focusing on consumer connections and investment from April 2020 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Chad was involved with Omnicom Group and worked as a Chief Brand Accelerator at The Marketing Posse from April 2024 to March 2025. Chad holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business.
