Giuseppe Addezio

Giuseppe Addezio has been working in the human resources and organizational field for over 25 years. Giuseppe has experience with some of the world's leading companies, such as Pirelli, Ferrero, and Sony. In their current role as Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Ferrero, they are responsible for HR & Organizational activities at Group level. Giuseppe has also served as Human Resources and Organization SVP at Pirelli and Director HR & Organization at Ferrero. Prior to that, they were VP of Human Resources Europe at Sony and HR Director of Consumer Europe Company at Sony Electronics. Giuseppe Addezio began their career as a Hay Consultant at the Hay Group in 1985.

Giuseppe Addezio has a degree in Political Science from Sapienza Università di Roma, with a focus in Economics.
