Jim Klein is an experienced executive in sales and customer management, currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Ferrero since May 2016. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Vice President of Sales North America at CSM Bakery Products from September 2014 to May 2016. From 2011 to 2014, Jim was the Vice President of Sales and Customer Marketing at Mars, overseeing a significant sales portfolio across various retail sectors. Between 2001 and 2010, Jim worked at Wrigley, where responsibilities included managing over $1 billion in sales for Walmart and Sam's Club as well as $1.2 billion across multiple trade channels. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey between 1980 and 1984.
