Nidia Cha-Cha

Nidia Cha-Cha is an experienced professional currently serving as a D2C Customer Experience Operations Executive at Ferrero since September 2023. Previously, Nidia held the role of Global Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator at The Body Shop for a brief period in 2023. Nidia also contributed to NHS North West London Clinical Commissioning Group as a Citizen Panel Member from August 2020 to June 2023 and worked at Draper Tools as a Senior Digital Trading Executive and Data Executive between March 2021 and September 2022. Nidia has international experience from traveling abroad in late 2019 and completed education at the University of Gloucestershire.
