Nikhil Deshpande

Nikhil Deshpande is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Ferrero since May 2024, responsible for coordinating Continuous Improvement culture and supporting cross-functional initiatives in line with plant strategies. Previously, Nikhil served as Operational Excellence Lead at ACG World from April 2021 to May 2024, where expertise included Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, data analytics, and mentoring project leads. Nikhil's experience also encompasses a role as Continuous Improvement Lead at Kohler Co. from January 2019 to March 2021, focusing on value stream mapping and stakeholder engagement in continuous improvement activities. Prior to that, Nikhil worked as an Industrial Engineer at NRB Bearings Ltd. from September 2015 to December 2018, creating process maps and establishing resource requirements. Educational qualifications include an Executive General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering.
