Valeria Teresa Sofia Pravettoni

Valeria Teresa Sofia Pravettoni currently serves as the ANZ Head of HR for Industrial & Commercial Functions at Ferrero, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Pravettoni worked as an HR Manager at Prysmian Group from November 2016 to June 2021, focusing on the effective use of human resources to meet business objectives. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Plant Specialist at FPT Industrial from February 2014 to October 2016, where responsibilities involved implementing global HR strategies across multiple plants and managing various HR processes. Educationally, Pravettoni holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Learning from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, as well as a Master's degree in Law from the same institution. Early career experience includes a student internship at Notary's office D. Maria Gentile in June 2006.
