Yi Chen

Yi Chen is the CEO of TORI, a voice AI platform revolutionizing the drive-thru experience for QSR restaurants. Yi previously spent nearly a decade at Toast, where they played a critical role in the company's growth from startup to a public enterprise, contributing as SVP and GM of the Guest/Consumer business and VP of Product. Before Toast, Yi was involved in the design and deployment of self-driving freight train technology at GE Transportation. Yi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
