Mike Rogers

Mike Rogers has extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership roles. Mike currently serves as Director of Engineering at Ferric, Inc. Prior to this, they were a Technical Leader - MMW-IC Design Engineering at Cisco. From 2016 to 2021, they held the same role at Acacia Communications Inc., where they designed analog control systems to improve yield and reliability of high speed amplifiers. From 2011 to 2016, they were an Analog IC Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they evaluated the impact of novel control solutions on system power integrity. In 2010, they were a Bioelectronics Lab Intern at Merck.

Mike Rogers attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
