Aney Chandy

Aney Chandy has extensive experience in labor and employment law, having held prominent positions at various organizations. At Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Aney served as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Ferring U.S. and also as Associate General Counsel, leading employment and litigation efforts. Prior roles include Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Labor & Employment Counsel at Allergan, as well as Vice President of Labor & Employment Counsel at Toys"R"Us, where Aney was a founding member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Aney's earlier career includes serving as Corporation Counsel and Director of the Department of Law for the City of Newark, appointed by then Mayor Cory A. Booker, and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Jersey under Attorney General Peter Harvey. Aney holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from Rutgers University.
