Isabelle Gierczak

Isabelle Gierczak is an experienced professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Associate Director of Third Party Manufacturing Management at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Prior to this, Gierczak held the role of Business Partner for Direct Procurement at Roche Diagnostics Europe, where responsibilities included building relationships with R&D teams to optimize procurement solutions. At GSK, Gierczak managed complex supply chain strategies and negotiated long-term agreements, while earlier roles at Firmenich, Merial, and Chimiotechnic focused on raw material purchasing and development strategies. Gierczak holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
