Jessica Olcha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since August 2023, Jessica specializes in commercial HR for multiple therapeutic areas. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Sr. Human Resources Director at Corebridge Financial, focusing on early careers and inclusive recruiting strategies. Previous positions include Associate Director roles at AbbVie, where responsibilities spanned medical therapeutics and talent acquisition, as well as HR leadership roles at Novo Nordisk and UJA-Federation of New York.
