Katrina Egan-Costello

Katrina Egan-Costello currently serves as the Interim Global Rewards Senior Director at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, managing a global function encompassing Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, and Executive Pay. Prior to this role, Katrina undertook personal projects, including organizing a Biennial Clan Gathering in Ireland. Katrina has extensive experience in the compensation and benefits field, having served as Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development at Audemars Piguet, and as Head of International Compensation and Benefits & HRIS at WWF, where innovative projects were implemented. Earlier roles include positions at Eaton Corporation, Odyssey Financial Technologies, and System Dynamics. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Spanish from Trinity College Dublin.
