Robert Flury

Robert Flury is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director, Group Technical Operations Controller at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since April 2019, Robert has previously held key positions, including Financial Consultant in Switzerland and Head of Group Controlling at BOBST, where Robert led a significant finance transformation program. Prior to BOBST, Robert held various finance director roles at Medtronic, overseeing financial operations and integration across multiple regions and business units, and achieved notable improvements in productivity, cost control, and operational efficiency. Robert began the finance career as a Senior Financial Analyst at RJ Reynolds Tobacco International and has foundational experience as an Assistant to the Finance Manager at SYLVAC SA.
