Shawn Chen

Shawn Chen is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the China Finance Director at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since June 2018, Shawn has also held positions as Regional Finance Analyst and Finance Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Finance Manager at Abbott Adult Nutrition from June 2016 to June 2018, Financial Analyst at Baxter International Inc. from May 2014 to June 2016, and Senior Associate at Ernst & Young from December 2010 to May 2014, where involvement included H share IPO for the largest private pharmacy company in China and several Pre-IPO processes for NYSE and Nasdaq. Shawn began the career as an Associate at PwC from July 2008 to November 2009. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
