Bei Yu

Angela Yu, ACCA has extensive work experience in various finance roles. Bei (Angela) is currently the China Finance Director at Symrise AG, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Angela served as the Finance Director and Head of Finance Operation and Controlling at GroupM from 2020 to 2022. Bei (Angela) was also the Finance Director for China at Ingevity from 2018 to 2020, where they provided strategic financial and business support for operations in China.

Before joining Ingevity, Angela held multiple roles at Praxair. Bei (Angela) served as the FP&A Director from 2015 to 2018, Product Management Director from 2013 to 2015, Finance Controller for the China East Region from 2011 to 2013, Finance Manager at SCIPIG from 2009 to 2011, and Finance Manager at Praxair Electronics from 2006 to 2009, where they focused on FP&A and business reporting.

Prior to their time at Praxair, Angela worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Finance Supervisor from 2003 to 2005. Bei (Angela) started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant from 2001 to 2003. Angela's early experience also includes working as an Analyst in the Sales & Marketing Department at alcatel lucent shanghai bell from 2000 to 2001.

Bei (Angela) Yu, ACCA, holds a Master's degree in Economics from Peking University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the same university from 1992 to 1997. Bei (Angela) attended Suzhou High School from 1986 to 1992. In addition, Angela has obtained the ACCA certification and has also been trained as an Internal Trainer at Praxair, Inc.
