Vitoria Custodio

Vitoria Custodio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payroll, human resources, and service delivery across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Payroll at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since July 2021, Vitoria previously held the position of Senior Manager for International Payroll at Infinera, overseeing payroll operations in multiple regions including EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, as well as managing payroll transitions and audits. Vitoria's prior roles include EMEA Centre of Excellence Payroll Manager at DXC Technology, MEMA Payroll Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and various positions at HP and EDS, where Vitoria developed expertise in managing payroll for diverse global teams and compliance with local legislation. Vitoria holds a Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from ISLA - Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração.
