Zhiguang Deng

Zhiguang Deng is a Senior Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since June 2022, focusing on R&D digital transformation and leading Veeva implementation. Additionally, Zhiguang serves as Vice President of the Association of Chinese-European Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ACEIE) since September 2016, promoting Sino-European collaboration and innovation. Previously, at TDC Group, a Senior Program Lead from February 2019 to May 2022, Zhiguang managed a significant digital transformation project. Prior roles include Senior System Manager at LEO Pharma A/S, where responsibilities encompassed global pharmacovigilance and IT strategy, along with project management and vendor selection. Zhiguang also held leadership positions such as Chairman of the Federation of Chinese Professional Associations in Europe and Technical Consultant at Novo Nordisk IT A/S. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Telecommunications from DTU and certifications in PRINCE2 and computer validation management.
