Julie Chilton

Julie Chilton has been with Ferro Corporation since March 2004, where Julie currently holds the role of Benefit Program Manager for Health and Welfare. Prior to this, Julie was a Senior Benefits Specialist at the same company. Before joining Ferro Corporation, Julie worked at Metropolitan Bank and Trust for a significant period from September 1988 to July 2003, where Julie served as the Payroll and Benefits Manager. Julie's responsibilities at Metropolitan Bank and Trust included processing bi-weekly payroll and administering fully insured benefit plans for around 500 employees.
