Yolanda Trillo

Yolanda Trillo currently serves as Cap de Talent Lideratge i Cultura at Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Yolanda was employed at Relats Group as HR BP HQ & Talent Manager from July 2022 to November 2023. Yolanda's extensive career at Nissan Motor Corporation spanned two decades, during which roles included Learning, Development & Diversity Section Manager, Career & Talent Acquisition Section Manager, HR Business Partner Section Manager, and Career Coordinator, among others. Earlier experience includes a position as Client Service Representative at ManpowerGroup from October 1997 to September 2000. Yolanda holds a Licenciada en Psicología from Universitat de Barcelona and a Máster en Dirección de RRHH y Consultoría en las Organizaciones from Les Heures, Universitat de Barcelona.
