Antoine Benoist has worked in the engineering field since 2009. Antoine began their career at Minitubes, where they served as a Stage DUT Mesures Physiques from 2009 to 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the planning of an experimental assembly to test a prototype of a heating needle, and they completed the measuring chain (acquisition card) and a LabView control/command/acquisition program to control the prototype experience. In 2009, they began working at STMicroelectronics as an Ingénieur Fiabilité Semi-conducteur. Antoine then transitioned to a Device Engineer and Yield, embedded Flash technology - PhD role, and then a PhD Engineer non-Volatile Memory Solutions role. In 2019, they moved to the Ferroelectric Memory Company, where they currently serve as a Principal Product Engineer and Yield, Reliability Engineer & Techno Qualification.
Antoine Benoist completed their DUT at Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) from 2007 to 2009, majoring in Mesures Physiques. Antoine then attended École des Mines de Saint-Étienne from 2009 to 2012 and earned a Génie Industriel degree with an ISTP Formation Apprentissage focus. In 2012 and 2013, they attended INSA Lyon and earned both a master EEAP and a Master EEAP ESE in semiconductors and electronics technologies and Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, respectively. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Technologie de fabrication des semiconducteurs at INSA Lyon from 2013 to 2016.
