Ekaterina Lapilo

Ekaterina Lapilo has a diverse work experience in the HR field, starting as an HR Admin&Payroll Officer at HSBC in 2008. Ekaterina then worked as an HR Generalist at American Express before becoming an HR Business Partner at Bespoke Services Group SA. Ekaterina later joined Ferronordic, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner, Head of Internal Communications, Head of Learning and Development, and currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development & Culture.

From 2003 to 2008, Ekaterina Lapilo attended the Russian State University of Trade and Economics (RSUTE) where they obtained a Specialist degree in Legal faculty focusing on Civil laws & processes.
