Raphael Louzada

Raphael Louzada is an experienced professional in the field of information security, currently serving as a Senior Information Security Analyst at Ferroport since October 2021. Prior to this role, Raphael worked for Embratel from March 2011 to September 2021 as an Information Security Specialist, focusing on the implementation of security equipment and corporate systems, security testing, and compliance with security regulations, including projects related to LGPD. Raphael's earlier experience includes positions at Arcon Serviços Gerenciados from April 2008 to March 2011, where responsibilities involved client visits and advanced support for antivirus and security tools, as well as technical support roles at Labs D'or from 2005 to 2007. Raphael holds a Technologist degree in Information Technology from UNIABEU and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management and Information Security at IDESP.
