Pernille Holk Nielsen

Pernille Holk Nielsen has extensive experience in executive support and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors at Ferrosan Medical Devices since August 2025, Pernille previously held various roles at Ambu A/S from February 2020 to August 2025, providing executive assistance to C-level executives and the Board. Prior experience includes positions as Nordic HR Coordinator and Regional Change Manager at EY, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Process Consultant at the Center for Optimering og Service, along with having served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at KMP+ House of Mentoring. Pernille holds a degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, as well as an MBA from the University of Malaya.
