Windall Ryals is an experienced operations supervisor with a strong background in the scrap management and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Facility Shift Manager at Ferrous Processing and Trading since January 2022, Windall oversees daily operations, including the management of baler and overhead crane employees, and the processing of scrap shipments. Prior roles include Shift Supervisor at OmniSource Corporation, Production Supervisor at Alcan Global ATI, Maintenance Supervisor at Severstal NA, and Industrial Truck Repairman at Ford Motor Company. Windall's career began in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Infantryman Instructor. Windall holds an MBA in Leadership from Baker College and a Bachelor's in Management from Northwood University, complemented by a Technical Certificate in Industrial Vehicle Repair from Henry Ford College.
