Jose Carlos Martínez Díaz has been working at Ferrovial since June 2006 as a Quality, Environmental and Innovation Senior Manager supporting High Speed Train Infrastructure construction sites in Spain. Jose Carlos also worked at Chupa Chups from March 2000 to June 2006 as a Quality and Environment technician, handling quality and environmental matters for the company with factories in several countries.
