Manuel Taboada Santos

Manuel Taboada Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation information systems and IT services delivery. Currently serving as Head of Transportation Information Systems EU at Ferrovial since January 2015, Manuel leads project managers to ensure high standards in product and service delivery while fostering strong client relationships across the EU. Previous roles include Customer & Solutions Manager EU and Project Manager, where contributions involved managing IT solutions for Toll Roads in both Spain and the US, along with acting as Agile Product Owner for several US projects. Prior experience includes managerial and consultancy positions at Grupo Delaware, XFERA Móviles, Lucent Technologies, and American Management Systems, focusing on IT governance, telecom solutions, and project management. Manuel holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Vigo and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
