Vito Pagliarisi has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2011 as an intern at Hunter Apparel Solutions Ltd. This role was followed by teaching positions at ADAMS Formación and Global Business Training Madrid, where they taught Italian. In 2012, they became a Spanish and Italian assistant at Pilton Community College and an Italian lecturer at Petroc College. In 2013, they joined Italferr S.p.A. as an Intern and later worked as an HR Specialist until 2019. Since 2019, Vito has been working at Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A., where they started as an International HR Business Partner and currently holds the position of Head of International Training, Development & Compensation.
Vito Pagliarisi has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Translation and teaching of Italian as a foreign language from Università degli Studi di Palermo. Vito went on to pursue a Master's degree in Spanish and Arabic Languages and Literatures at Università di Napoli L'Orientale, which they completed in 2010.
Vito also gained specialized training through various courses and programs. In 2014, they completed the "Training for trainers" program at GE.MA Business School. Vito further enhanced their skills with a "Postgraduate export management course" at ITA - Italian Trade Agency (ICE) in 2013.
To excel in the field of human resources, Vito pursued additional training. Vito attended the "International HR" program at HRC International Academy starting in 2018. In 2016, they received training in assessment and development centers at CEB SHL Talent Measurement. Additionally, they completed a course on "Presentation skills" at Challenge Network in the same year. In 2015, they undertook training in "Training Marketing" at Galgano.
Vito also holds certifications in other areas. Vito obtained the "ISIPM BASE" certification from the Istituto Italiano di Project Management in 2016. Furthermore, in 2022, they completed a course in "Coaching creativo" at Scuola di Coaching Creativo.
Lastly, Vito expanded their language skills by studying Arabic Language and Literature at Institut Bourguiba des Langues Vivantes in 2008.
