Kristen Rolapp-Hampton has a diverse work experience in event management, marketing, business development, and client services. Kristen currently serves as the Director of Events at Tom Ferry, where they are responsible for overseeing the operations and execution of live and virtual events. Prior to this, Kristen worked as a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at E-Marketing Enterprises, Inc. Kristen also held various roles at Toastmasters International, including Brand and Strategy Manager and District Services Manager. Additionally, Kristen worked as an Independent Contractor for program and event management at Vantage Marketing, Inc. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Meetings and Trade Shows at CME, LLC / CMPMedica, a healthcare division of UBM, London. Prior to that, they worked as a Convention & Meetings Manager at the same company. Throughout their career, Kristen has consistently exceeded performance objectives, driven growth, developed marketing strategies, managed teams, built alliances, and delivered exceptional customer service.

Kristen Rolapp-Hampton attended UC Santa Barbara, where they studied psychology. Kristen later obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences from UC Irvine.
