Emilio Padilla has worked in various quality control positions throughout their career. Emilio started their career at Faurecia in 1993, where they worked as a Quality Manager until 2008. Emilio then joined Thermolympic in 2008 as a Quality Manager until 2010. Finally, in 2011, Emilio joined Fersa Bearings as the Head of Quality Control.
Emilio Padilla has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza and a degree in Graphic Design from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Emilio also has additional certifications including a Certification in Internal Auditor of Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2015 from iLabora Formación, a Black Belt Six Sigma from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a VDA 6.3 Auditor Certificate from VDA Group obtained in December 2015.
