Andrew Tait serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Fertiglobe, overseeing financial leadership since October 2019. Under Tait's guidance, Fertiglobe achieved a successful merger of Adnoc and OCI's MENA ventures, executed a highly regarded IPO in October 2021, attained an investment grade credit rating in Q2 2022, and initiated projects in blue/green ammonia production to support clean fuel initiatives. Prior to Fertiglobe, Tait held key finance roles at ADNOC Group, Petroleum Development Oman, and Shell, contributing to significant business developments, project finance structuring, and performance enhancements. Tait's early career included consultancy roles at Ernst & Young, complemented by an academic foundation in Biochemistry from Imperial College London and a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAEW.
