Dave Watson

Dave Watson is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Fervo Energy and previously holding the position of Senior Director of Development, where efforts focused on advancing geothermal development through innovative drilling technologies. Watson has significant experience as Director at Ultra Capital LLC, where investment in sustainable infrastructure projects was emphasized, including the co-development and sale of a renewable natural gas project. As President & CEO of EnergySource LLC, Watson oversaw the development of a $400 million geothermal power plant in Southern California, earning recognition as the 2012 Geothermal Project of the Year. Prior to that, Watson held various executive roles at Hannon Armstrong, EnergyWorks, Wartsila Power Development, and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, contributing to numerous successful energy projects globally. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
