Miranda Wright, JD, PHR and SHRM-CP

Miranda Wright, JD, PHR and SHRM-CP has a broad range of work experience. Miranda has been in the human resources field since 2007, when they began working as a Compliance Officer/Equal Opportunity Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor. In 2013, they moved to Oasis Petroleum as a Human Resources Supervisor/Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist. In 2020, they joined Yellowjacket Oilfield Services, LLC as the Director of Human Resources. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of People Operations for Fervo Energy.

Miranda Wright, JD, PHR and SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. Miranda received their Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 2006, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. Miranda then participated in the Gettysburg Staff Ride Leadership Development Program at the United States Army War College. In 2014, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Humanities from The University of Texas at Austin, and has studied abroad at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. In 2016, they became a Facilitator at DDI | Development Dimensions International.
