Paul Sabbagh

Paul Sabbagh has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. In 2010, they started as an LNG/Power Intern at GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA. Paul then joined Direct Energy in 2013 as a Power Intern. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Duff & Phelps, first as an Analyst and then as a Senior Associate. In 2016, they joined Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC as a Project Finance/Development & M&A professional, where they stayed until 2020. At Carbon America, they served as the Director of Finance from 2020 to 2022. Currently, since March 2023, they hold the position of Director of Structured Finance at Fervo Energy.

Paul Sabbagh attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Engineering Route to Business with a focus on Finance and Mechanical Engineering. In 2012, they also attended the Copenhagen Business School, although details regarding their degree and field of study are not specified. Additionally, in August 2015, Paul Sabbagh obtained a Professional Certificate in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.
