Ashleigh Lang-Petersen, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashleigh began their career at Concordia University-Nebraska Athletics Office as a Football Office Assistant. From there, they gained experience as a Marketing Team Intern at Nebraska Sports Council, and later as a Sports Information Department Assistant and Football Equipment Manager at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Following their time in the university's athletics department, Ashleigh transitioned to retail, working at Old Navy in various roles. Ashleigh started as a Customer Experience/Sales Associate before being promoted to Service and Training Manager and then to Operations Manager. In their last role, they were responsible for all marketing, signage, markdowns, and facilities tasks, as well as leading a team of associates and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
After leaving Old Navy, Ashleigh worked as an Admissions Counselor at Nebraska Wesleyan University before transitioning to the field of wealth management as a Wealth Management Assistant at Elliott & Painter Wealthcare Advisors. Ashleigh then became a Homeowners Association Manager at Little & Young, Inc., overseeing various association tasks.
Next, Ashleigh joined USD 383 - Manhattan/Ogden, specifically Ogden Elementary, as a Classroom Support Staff member, providing assistance and support to teachers and students. Ashleigh then worked at the Arthritis Center of Nebraska as a Front Desk Specialist, Transcriptionist, Medical Coder, and Business Assistant.
Currently, Ashleigh holds the position of a Client Services Analyst at FES, where they utilize their analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client support.

Ashleigh Lang-Petersen, MBA began their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2010, which they completed in 2010. Ashleigh then pursued further education and received a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing/Management from Concordia University, Nebraska between 2010 and 2012. In 2017, they attended Western Kentucky University and obtained a certificate in Medical Administrative Assistant with Medical Billing & Coding. Alongside their educational qualifications, Ashleigh also holds additional certifications as a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist and a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
