Carlos Guilherme Nosé

Carlos Guilherme Nosé currently serves as the Director Voluntário de Empregabilidade at Instituto Reciclar since February 2024. As the CEO & Partner of FESA Group since September 2013, Carlos is also the Managing Partner at Fesap, which includes Asap Recruiters and Fesa Advisory, specializing in middle management executive search. Additionally, Carlos founded and supports Instituto CROMA through FESA C.R.O.M.A since January 2019 and has been a member of YPO in São Paulo since March 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as VP of Consumer Goods at FESA from June 2007 to September 2013 and Director at FESA Global Recruiters from 2002 to January 2007. Carlos began a career in research at Heidrick & Struggles from July 2000 to June 2002. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, completed in 2001.
