Justin Symmons

Justin Symmons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as the Director of Annuity Sales and Field Coach at Team FESA since September 2020, Justin previously worked as a Field Underwriter at Symmetry Financial Group, where responsibilities included addressing clients' insurance needs and building strong client relationships. Prior to that, Justin held various managerial roles at Burlington Stores, Inc., DICK'S Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Conn's, and PETCO Animal Supplies, demonstrating a strong background in customer experience and team leadership, managing teams of over 50 individuals. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate of Arts from Lee College.
